CIPTEX® High-Density Polyisocyanurate Products are a foamed polymer combining the characteristics of plastic, rubber, and cork. It is primarily made from isocyanate and polyether, with the addition of foaming agents, catalysts, and flame retardants, produced through high-pressure mixing. Herence’s high-density polyisocyanurate products, with their excellent compressive strength and thermal conductivity, are widely used in low-temperature and ultra-low-temperature pipeline insulation supports for projects by owners and contractors, serving as both pipe supports and insulation layers.
Customized Moisture and Corrosion Protection Layers: Herence provides customized external moisture barriers/protective layers for insulation systems. External moisture protection can include options such as PAP moisture barriers, GRP anti-corrosion layers, and asphalt moisture barriers. Internal anti-corrosion measures may involve the application of customized materials like glass fiber mesh.
