High-temperature insulation pipe supports

CIPTEX® High-Temperature Insulation Pipe Supports are specifically designed for high-temperature applications, providing thermal insulation to prevent heat loss, ensure worker safety, and maintain the required temperature within pipelines. The insulation pipe supports consist of metal supports or hangers and insulating materials to minimize heat transfer. Herence Technology offers flexible insulation layer options based on customer needs, including mullite castables or calcium silicate as the high-temperature insulation layer.

The design of Herence’s insulation pipe support system also supports modularization of pipelines. This feature allows support materials and insulation materials to be pre-installed off-site or in safe on-site locations. The durability of the system enables pre-assembled components to be smoothly transported to project sites without damage.
