Ciptex PIR block foam is a block material produced through a foaming process using polymeric MDI and self-developed polyol blends. Through the optimization of the polyurethane formulation and production process, this material improves low-temperature tolerance and fire resistance. It features a DIN 4102-1 B1 fire rating, low linear expansion coefficient at low temperatures, high dimensional stability at -196℃, and excellent thermal conductivity, making it suitable for insulation and structural applications in low and ultra-low temperature environments.
Ciptex PIR block foam is available in customizable densities, such as 45 kg/m³, 65 kg/m³, and 160 kg/m³, making it an ideal choice for technical equipment, custom-designed products, and engineering projects that require high precision, safety, and stability.
