CIPTEX® polyisocyanurate (PIR) cryogenic insulation products are manufactured through an advanced production process, utilizing proprietary polyols and isocyanates in a foaming procedure. Compared to other competing materials, CIPTEX® PIR exhibits outstanding thermal conductivity and linear expansion coefficients. Herence possesses advanced technology and processing equipment, capable of producing insulation shells, elbows, tees, heads, reducers, and other components tailored to specific customer requirements such as pipe diameter, insulation thickness, and bend radius. These are fabricated using advanced two-axis, three-axis, and four-axis CNC machines.
Customized Moisture and Corrosion Protection Layers: Herence offers tailored external moisture barriers/protective layers for insulation systems. External moisture protection can include options such as PAP moisture barriers, GRP anti-corrosion layers, and asphalt moisture barriers. Internal anti-corrosion measures may involve the application of customized materials like glass fiber mesh.
